Descrierea conținutului: Lyric songs, war songs, lyric memories, folklorized romances, rhythmic shouts, love songs. Most creations were copied from the monograph of Speia village, written by Murvean V., former chief of the local collective farm, and the folkloric manuscrips written by the teacher Schitina I.A., comprising creations collected between 1935 and 1958. A few other were collected as usual from local informants. Gathered in Speia and Butor villages, Grigoriopol district.
Istoricul custodiei: The archival material was gathered in 1973 by Botezatu G., Gancea I., Filip Iu. It was taken into custody by the Institute of Language and Literature of the Moldovan Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences / MSSR Academy of Sciences and had the same custodial history as the entire collection.
Ordinea: The creations were arranged in the order the investigators met the informants and copied from the other written sources.
